Return & Exchange Policy

At Zevar Mahal, we carefully check and pack every jewellery item before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will help you with an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please share:

  • Clear pictures of the damaged jewellery
  • Clear video of the parcel opening / damaged item
  • Order number
  • Your name and contact details

Without picture and video proof, the exchange request may not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange is only available if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The jewellery is unused and in original packaging

Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Product disliked after receiving
  • Items damaged after use
  • Missing original packaging
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

Refund Policy

We currently offer exchange only. Refunds are not available unless the same item is out of stock and no replacement is possible.
